HOW TO USE THE DISPENSER WITH BRUSH FOR CONTACT CEMENT 

Simply fill the dispenser with contact cement or contact glue, put in the brush and close the dispenser with the blue cover. This will make sure your contact glue won't dry out when you are not using it. When you need to use it, pull off the blue cover and start using the brush to glue your items. When done, simply leave the brush in the dispenser and close it off with the blue cover.
